By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

Upfront Payment.

No refunds after agreeing and paying the invoice.

I have the right to decline your commission if I know I can’t do a good job with the character.

Do not trace, steal or claim my work as your own.

Adding more elements once the commissions get started will increase the price.

I have the right to post your commission publicly as a visual example.

I retain the copyright for drawing the pictures, the client is allowed to reupload, print, and use it for personal uses unless commercial use is paid (see commercial usage below). Clients are not allowed to resell the piece.

The payment goes through Paypal or MercadoPago (ARS)

After payment, I start with the sketch, when its finish I will need a confirmation to continue with the drawing

I only accept modifications in the sketch phase, when I start the drawing I will not take any type of modification

Estimated delivery time can vary from one week to a full month

Estimated time: model will take between 1-2 months

Will keep you update for each phase (sketch, color picking, etc)

Discord chat is necessary to send updates and flowing communication.

Clients must credit me as your model artist in places that are visible and easy to find. (such as Twitter bios, twitch panels, cards, etc)

Full commercial usage means you can use the model art for monetized content.

Clients are not allowed to edit parts of the model (vtube studio color recolor is ok) or add textures, or other outfits/expressions by another artist.

The client is not allowed to resell the model in case of not being used or upload the files as a public vtuber model.
